This glamorous 4-story Smart Penthouse in downtown Miami’ Brickell Key, is as richly decorated and technically adorned as a luxury residence can be, and the Automated Home of anyone’s dream, in synergy with the tidiness and sophistication one might expect to find in a state-of-the-art corporate office high-rise.

Project Scope

Our team, together with the architect and the interior designer has meticulously planned before starting the rebuild, right down to the A/V zone that’s located in the elevator, were it’s possible to stream any of the AV sources or cue up panoramic views of downtown Miami, according to the time of day.
A central attraction of the main living space is the rotating glass wall dividing the living room from the family room, and which has an built-in 80” TV, allowing you 360 degrees views of the TV, as you move from room to room.

The lighting features more than 30 custom scenes and presets for the 100+ lighting circuits within the Crestron system as well as dimmable RGB LEDs in several areas’ ceiling coves that are independently controlled via a DMX server.

The project wraps audiovisual, lighting and climate controls, security/surveillance, automated window treatments (shades and blackouts), a corporate-grade network and managed Wi-Fi, plus a Panasonic PBX phone system that includes 10 extensions and up to four incoming lines, and a music recording studio on the last floor, fully soundproofed from the adjacent rooms.
