You will be the face of the company to architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and enterprise clients. Your job is to understand what clients need and guide them from their first conversation with us all the way through the final walkthrough.

  • Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to keep clients informed and projects on track.
  • Track your pipeline and activity in our CRM and report results to leadership regularly.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years in business development, consultative sales, or account management, preferably in AV integration, smart home technology, construction, or luxury services.
  • An established network in South Florida, or the drive and ability to build one quickly in architecture, design, and construction.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. You need to be comfortable in a boardroom, on a job site, and at a design firm lunch.
  • Someone who can spot opportunities, forecast revenue, and tie their sales activity to company goals.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft 365.
  • Self-starter with competitive drive and the maturity to represent a high-end brand.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Own vehicle, willing to travel locally, and able to pass a background check.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of AV, automation, lighting, or unified communications technology.
  • Experience selling to K-12, higher education, or hospitality sectors.
  • Existing relationships with South Florida developers, design firms, or general contractors.
